September 9-10, 2009
Weather: Full sun and very clear sky in the morning. Wind 14 knots and swell 1 meter with very few breakers. Operation stopped for several hours so other people could use lower deck for maintenance of bubble resonator under the boom. Mid-day: sky mostly clear with a few small passing clouds. Winds still 14 knots and seas the same. More scattered clouds throughout the afternoon. Conditions steady.
Instrumentation used: Skycam was run from 18:35 GMT – 19:05 GMT, 22:32 GMT – 23:55 GMT and 01:02 GMT – 03:55 GMT (Sept. 10, 2009). Images were taken in cycles that consisted of 1 image with each spectral filter and corresponding polarization filter. Cycles were looped 3 times. Cycles took 10 minutes and resulted in 96 images. Cycles were taken every 15 minutes for the most part during sampling times. Tableservo now running. Have to assist in the initial rotation, and then it seems to track fine.
Microtops sunphotometers were also taken at 19:00, 22:32, 02:10 and 02:38 GMT (Sept. 10, 2009).
